Yummy Pad Thai

O does alot of the cooking around here. I am hardly Stephmodo (she is amazing), but I enjoy cooking as well.

On Monday, I tried this recipe, from Sunset Magazine. It turned out great. I impressed myself...O was impressed as well. Yum. It was pretty to look at and so different than things I normally make.

For the most part, I followed the recipe, but I added in chicken (in addition to the shrimp). Tofu would be good as well.

Ever since my trip to Uwajimaya, I have been exploring some asian inspired recipes. However, you don't need a specialty grocery store for this recipe, I think all ingredients should be available at most stores. If you try it, let me know what you think.
