Making Adjustments

I went to the Chiro for the first time in my life. It was pretty good. I am definitely standing a bit taller. I couldn't believe how many (loud) cracks my spine made....yikes.

WKF keeps getting bigger and I feel it in my back. I think I'll be back for more.

If you are in PDX and you want a good chiro, talk to me. O and Mimi swear by this dude, I was impressed too.
